Human Rights Day

Today is Human Rights Day.

Read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights for more information about the purpose of this day.

This is a question I’m going to be asking myself too: what are you doing this advent/Christmas season to help bring about these basic human rights to your neighbors?

    I find today that people want human rights, but at the same time they only want it for those who agree with them. They bash someone whom they hate because they have not done what they wish them to do. Human rights are for all as he made us all equal here on this planet. We should follow the exampl given us by Jesus who cared for us all. How wonderful it would be to see him standing next to you with a smile on his heavenly face because all were being treated with justice and respect, no matter who they are. In God’s Grace John
