Biker Jesus action figure

Okay, now I’ve seen it all! Biker Jesus action figure. There’s also Rodeo Jesus, Surfer Jesus, Football Jesus, Soccer Jesus, and “Will Work for Food” Jesus.

Check it out yourself: wearefishermen.com

(It could be a hoax, as when I clicked “Buy Now” I kept getting “Coming Soon.” If they find enough customers, perhaps they’ll actually produce these things?)

I believe Jesus riding a motorcycle without a helmet files under Matthew 4:7
“Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’ ”

The worst of the five pictured on the website is the one with Jesus as a Dallas Cowboy – talk about blasphemy…

Searching google has turned up an interview about them:

    http://www.figures.com/databases/action.cgi?setup_file=fignews2.setup&category=actionfigures&topic=97&show_article=3&nl=1

Says they’ll be selling for $25 and $35 “soon”.

Joshua is the name of Jesus in Hebrew. The motorcycle riding Jesus may refer to the verse that says, “Joshua’s Triumph was heard throughout the land.”

i see this as a fulfilment of prophecy:

”..and He drove them out of the Garden…”

I found the Will Work For Food Jesus very interesting in light of Matthew 25:35-36. Jesus said that when you reach out to those who are hungry, in need, sick and in prison it is as if you were doing it Jesus himself. Jesus on the bull… I suspect that many a cowboy has prayed as a 3000 pound bull stomped around his head.
