Over at ChurchRelevance.com, Kent Shaffer points out that Yahoo’s neighborhood profile tool can provide some free basic demographic information about the place where you live. It’s intended as a real estate tool, but it could prove useful to a church or outreach ministry looking for basics facts about the community. I just plugged in my zip code, and was surprised by the results. Pretty nifty.
