A Georgia pastor skipped church last week—but wait, he had a good reason! He decided to scout out what the rest of the world was up to while his congregation was gathering for worship on Sunday morning (hopefully after giving his congregation some advance warning, ha ha), and he’s written up some great lessons he learned from not attending church.

Does this mean that the next time I sleep through the alarm clock on Sunday or just really don’t feel like going to church, I can claim that I was just conducting research on the habits of the non-church-going world…?
